Our fibreglass pools are installed by the Moggy’s Developments team. Moggy’s Developments first started operating solely as a building company in Mackay in 2010, building high quality, award winning homes and sheds.
James Mogford, a multi award winning builder, made the decision to add swimming pool and spa installation to the Moggy’s portfolio in 2015, after noticing a gap in the service market. James wanted to take a more streamlined approach, ensuring that the house, shed, pool and landscape construction work seamlessly together, therefore creating a more organised and relaxed build process for the client.

James Mogford is the owner of Ocean Reef Pools Mackay and Whitsundays, part of the Moggys Group of companies, also including Moggys Developments, Endurance Sheds and Termimesh Mackay.
With more than 15 years as a business owner in the building and construction industry and recipient of numerous HIA and Master Builders awards, James leads a very experienced team, recognised for high-quality workmanship and attention to detail.
James established Ocean Reef Pools Mackay and Whitsundays in 2017 and purchased Endurance Sheds in 2018 with the intention of specialising in custom-designed outdoor living spaces.
The Ocean Reef Pools team works closely with other builders to take a more streamlined approach to the entire development project. This ensures that the house, shed and pool construction work seamlessly together, therefore creating a more organised and relaxed build process for the client.
